All YEECORE products come with full 12 months warranty. Registering your YEECORE product on our website (/register) entitles you to an extra 6 months warranty for FREE (this give you total of 18 months of warranty).
2. Cancellation:
(1) We accept order cancellation before shipment, and you will get a full refund.
(2) We cannot cancel the order once the product is already shipped out.
3. Return:
(1) 30 days no questions asked, 100% satisfaction money back guarantee. Before the end of 30 days from your purchase, you can return your product and packaging for any reason.
(2) To be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be unused OR in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
